I thought it might be a bit of fun to post a best wedding image of 2009 competition.
We had a lot of great weddings in 2009 with fantastic,fun couples and a lot of images which I absolutely love,but for this competition,I had to keep it down to 25. So I have posted 25 of my favourite wedding images from 2009,I invite you to look over the images and cast your vote for our “wedding photo of the year 2009” by simply adding a comment and your name at the end of the post.
I will be sending a mounted copy of the winning photo to the couple after all votes have been counted. Votes will be taken until the end of February 2010.

It was hard enough to only pick one to vote for –my choice is #21 –I love the beautiful light fomr the sunset,its such a timeless shot –the couple look like they are going to walk off into the sunset and live happily ever after!

I will vote for No 2,but also want to vote for No 17 (if I can vote for two photos). Some other photos are really nice too,but I like to vote a photo with couples in it since it’s a wedding photo competition.

Oh my Goodness!!!! How do you choose?? My favourites were 2,3,4,9,13 and 15. You truly manage to capture the moment and I love the element of fun! I think 13 gets my vote for originality and fun!

Would have to say #21. Im a fan of purple,and that dress is gorgeous! The lighting is just magical,you have captured the essence of all that is romance! The couple look so at peace,so in love,and you dont even need to see their fances to know that!

So hard to choose they are all good but it has to be number 7 what a great car!! Even managed to capture the married couple in the mirror lol. They do look great though,most excellent photography.

23 for me,I like the use of empty space to isolate the couple in the photo.
photo 23 has to be the best –however the shot in the wine cellar was a close second
There were many beautiful photos that captured the spirit,the atmosphere and the moment. Although saying that i have to vote for no. 23,the city skyline backdrop,the fact that it was black and the way you highlight the two couples,that was amazing. Although,no 13 is a close second,loved the “girliness of it”,the innocent of the skip and combining it with the old houses behind it,felt nostalgic to me.
8 gets my vote followed by 12,they are all great!
