The Wedding of Kasey and Angus

Another April wedding, I had such a great day with Kasey and Angus.  We had to work around the rain a little bit, but they say rain is good luck on your wedding day!  These guys are a perfect couple and we got some great images from their day.

The ceremony was in a beautiful little church in Grange – St Agnes Anglican Church.  From there we called into a few locations and Kasey and Angus held their reception at The Palais in Semaphore.

Kasey’s gown was by Adriana Loro Designs in Hindmarsh.

Hair was by Kristy Bassett from The Cut House, makeup was by Victoria Anika Makeup Artistry.

Cars were provided by Carrington Wedding Cars

And the stunning cake was by Bitter Sweet Patisserie

Thanks for inviting me to be part of your day!  Here are some favs:

The Wedding of Kirsty and Nathan

Back in April, Kirsty and Nathan said “I do” at the beautiful Montefiore Hill overlooking Adelaide.  It was a pleasure to capture this couple’s fun, laid-back style.

We stopped at a few locations around the city and ended the day at The Stamford Plaza.  The room looked amazing.

Here are some favorites from their wedding -

Brides of Adelaide

We went to the launch of an exiting new magazine for Adelaide a couple of weeks ago.  Two of my recent weddings, Amelia & Sam and also Samantha & Chris are featured in the real weddings section of the first issue.

This is a great magazine and well worth a look, http://www.bridesofadelaide.com.au/magazine

Looking forward to the second issue!

The Wedding of Emily & Brett

I have really been looking forward to sharing some images from The Wedding of Emily & Brett.  What a great wedding, lots of laughs, great locations, and great people, oh and some great clouds!

Started the day with the boys and some cool collectables.  Emily and her bridal party prepared at her parents home.  Emily’s mother is Michelle Hill a very talented quilter, so we had some beautiful rooms to work with.

Emily & Brett were married at The Grange Golf Club, we also did our location shots here too.  I always like working at The Grange Golf Club, lots of choice for great images.

Emily looked amazing in her gown by Bridal on Pultney, and we had a fantastic sky and sunset in the afternoon, which we took full advantage of.

The reception was also at The Grange Golf Club.  The magnificent cake was by Cake Stories and the flowers by Minnow on Seaview.

The Wedding of Anna & Jason

I wanted to share some images from the wedding of Anna & Jason from April this year.

Anna & Jason had their ceremony at the Pilgrim Uniting Church in Adelaide, from there we called into Rymil Park, Botanic Park and also Elder Park, near the Torrens as the sun was setting, which made for some stunning images.

Stoneyfell Function Centre was the reception venue.

Anna looked amazing in her gown from Caleche.

Thanks guys, for inviting me to be part of your day!

Cars: White Orchid

Flowers: White Arum

The Wedding of Ciarne & William

I need to catch up on updating the Destill Photography Journal after our absolutley flat out wedding season earlier in the year.  I have lots of gorgeous wedding couples to share with you over the next few weeks.

Lets start with the wedding of Ciarne & William.  I was really glad to be able to spend the day with Ciarne and William on their wedding day, a very rainy wedding day!  The rain was fine, we still had a fantastic time and captured some great images.

Ciarne & William’s ceremony was held at the Northern Palm Garden at The Botanic Gardens of Adelaide.

From there we wandered around the Botanic Gardens avoiding the rain as much as possible.  Ciarne looked amazing in her Korean gown, and the colours worked really well against the beautiful light and muted colours of the Botanic Gardens.

We called into The Chinatown Adelaide district off Gouger Street for more photos before the reception at The Adelaide Pavilion.

Cars on the day were from Classic Jags

Celebrant Robert Thomas

The Wedding of Emma & David

Emma & David were married in March this year in the Barossa Valley South Australia.  The whole day was centered around the beautiful Barossa with the boys getting ready at the Anguston Tudor B&B and the Bride at the nearby Country Pleasures B&B.

The ceremony was at the lovely grounds of Saltrams Winery in Anguston.  From there we went to a couple of locations and got some great, relaxed bridal party images, then headed back to Saltrams for the reception.

The georgous flowers on the day were by Viva at Anguston.

Jenine Gillard was the celebrant

The cars were from Cavalier Classic Cars

And Emma’s georgeous gown was by Angelica Bridal in London

Congratulations and thanks guys for inviting me to be part of your day.
